Tuesday Night Bible Study Please join the Tuesday night group as we begin a new study, “Adventures in Acts.” In this 20-week study, well known Catholic speaker, EWTN host and author Jeff Cavins guides us through the book of Acts and shows how the Church, enlivened by the Holy Spirit, carries on Christ’s work in the world. The Acts of the Apostles provides an historic framework for understanding the rest of the New Testament. Paul’s letters, in particular, come alive in a new way when they are read within the context of the Acts. The first meeting will be March 1st, from 7:00-9:00 p.m.
The cost for all the materials for the course is $30.00. The written materials are not absolutely necessary; please don’t let the cost keep you from attending this incredible study. Saturdays - St. Francis Fit Club TIME: From the creators of P90X and Insanity! Jim and Nancy Huffman will be hosting a FREE fit club at St. Francis de Sales Church in the Multipurpose Room each Saturday from 10:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m., starting September 25th. Jim and Nancy are both Independent Team Beachbody Coaches and are excited about getting the community involved in health and fitness. Everyone is welcome to the club and it is always free! They will be doing Beachbody videos like Turbo Fire, Hip Hop Abs, Chalene Extreme and more. The P90X Results and Recovery Formula will be available for everyone to try. The workouts will vary in intensity depending on who is there.
