Mr. Edward Watson
Vice Principal
740-345-9874, x214

Education:  Ohio Northern University, 2005
Currently finishing Masters through University of Dayton in Educational Leadership with a focus in Catholic Education

Ed graduated from Saint Francis de Sales and Newark Catholic and he studied education because he had wonderful teachers growing up who positively influenced the course of his life. He wanted the opportunity to similarly influence the lives of students. When the time came to look for a position, Catholic education seemed like the natural choice.
Ed believes that young people today have a deep desire to know God, but do not always know how to answer His call. Catholic education exists to guide and educate students so that they can become the men and women God calls them to be.
Ed’s first position was at Holy Trinity in Somerset, Ohio. He worked there for two years before moving to Vermont. He returned to his home school of Saint Francis de Sales in 2007 and has been here ever since.
Ed is happily married to his wife, Rebecca, and they have three daughters, Olivia, Hannah, and Lucia. His family are parishioners at Saint Francis de Sales and their two oldest daughters attend the school and LOVE it.
