Homebound Buddy Ministry

There are some in our community who can’t make it to Mass.  They are homebound or in the hospital or a nursing home.  We have a team of “buddies” who visit with them regularly, bring them Holy Communion, pray with them, and in general simply let them know they are loved by spending time with them.  We are always in need of more “buddies” to spend time with folks in our community who can’t get out, make it to Mass, who might be lonely and could use a friend.  If you are interested, there is always a need for more to join this important ministry of corporeal works of mercy.
